Regarding Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

1. Orders are placed with the assumption that you intend to make a purchase. Therefore, we generally do not accept cancellations after an order is placed. This includes cancellations due to ordering the wrong size or color. Please double-check your order before confirming it. Additionally, we cannot change colors or apply discount coupons after the order is completed.

2. We will accept cancellations and returns only if the delivered product is defective or if it is different from what was ordered (provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product).

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

3. For SALE items, we cannot accept order cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

4. Notwithstanding the previous sections, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following items:
- Opened or used products
- Products that have been in your possession for more than 7 days after arrival
- Products that have been damaged or soiled while in your possession
- Products without their original packaging (bags, cases, etc.)
- Custom-made products, such as personalized items
- Any other products explicitly stated as non-returnable on the product introduction page (for details, please contact our inquiry desk)

5. If the product has a clear defect or is incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons such as not liking the product, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
