Shipping policy

Products will be shipped from Osaka Prefecture.

- If you purchase products totaling 7,700 yen (tax included) or more, we will deliver them for free.

- We strive to ship your order within 5 business days after receiving your order.

 

 Important Notes Regarding Delivery

1. If there is a surge in orders, such as right after a product launch or for popular products, delivery may be delayed.

2. During periods with a high volume of shipments, we may omit providing individual tracking numbers. If you require a tracking number, please inquire using the URL below. We will respond with the tracking number.

3. Since we often use Click Post, we will ship the products as compactly as possible to keep the package thickness within 3 cm.

4. While we will ship with care, for shipping methods without insurance, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, losses, or damages. If you are concerned, we recommend choosing an insured shipping method.

5. The postage for standard shipping includes the cost of regular wrapping, etc., so we cannot provide refunds for any postage differences. Please understand this in advance.

6. If re-delivery is required due to circumstances on the customer’s end, such as expiration of the storage period, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the re-delivery.
